Whether you're launching your career or bringing previous experience, you'll join a team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. This hands-on role combines diagnostics, preventative maintenance, fabrication, and equipment repair in an environment where your ideas are valued, your work makes an impact, and every day presents a new challenge.

  • Make your mark. We encourage new ideas and continuous improvement. If you see a better way to repair, modify, or improve equipment, we want to hear it.
  • Be part of something bigger. Your work helps keep production moving and supports one of North America's leading wholesale nurseries.

  • Inspecting, repairing, and replacing tires on a variety of equipment.
  • Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related systems.
  • Maintaining accurate service records and repair documentation.

  • Communicating repair progress and equipment needs while following all company safety policies and procedures.

What You'll Bring
