The Field Supervisor keeps projects running on time, on budget,and to the high standard Bravas clients expect. This role owns on-site coordination across multiple concurrent luxury residential projects,aligning technicians,project managers,programmers,and schedulers to deliver flawless installations, while embodying our six core values: collaborative,accountable,proactive, curious, passionate,and creative.
Responsibilities- Oversees on-site execution across multiple projects, managing quality, timelines,and budget accountability.
- Coordinates daily with schedulers,technicians,programmers,project managers,and subcontractors to ensure smoothprojectflow.
- Matchestechniciankillsets toprojectneedsandadapts scheduling in response to scope changes.
- Mentorsandtrainsfieldtechnicians on installation standards, troubleshooting,and company culture.
- Conducts quality checksand enforces Bravas standards on every job site.
- Partners with
Project
Manager sand Operations on escalated client issuesand labor forecasting. - Coordinates client training and manages smooth handoffs to the service department.
- Participates intechnicianperformance reviewsandestablishesproductive feedback loops across teams.
- Performs other dutiesasassigned.
- High school diplomaor equivalent.
- Proven experience supervisingfieldtechnicians in residential AV, smart home, or low-voltage integration.
- Strong knowledge ofAV, lighting,security,and low-voltage systems; commitment to ongoing product education.
- Ability to read residential construction plansand job site documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal,acrosstechnicaland non-technical audiences.
- Sharp troubleshooting instinct sand strong attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record,andability to passabackground check.
- Ability to work in tight spacesandat ladder heights.
- Ability to stand or stoop for extended periods.
- Regular local travel to job sites.
