We're hiring a Field Service Technician to install commercial fall protection and safety systems at facilities and construction sites throughout the United States.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with backgrounds in construction, mechanical assembly, installation, general labor, roofing, steel work, carpentry, maintenance, field service, or the skilled trades. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy working with your hands, and don't mind traveling, we want to hear from you.

Travel Monday-Thursday (most weekends home)

• Install commercial fall protection and safety systems nationwide
• Work on rooftops, industrial facilities, warehouses, manufacturing plants, and construction sites
• Read blueprints, installation drawings, and measurements
• Use hand tools, power tools, lifts, and other construction equipment
• Assemble and install mechanical and structural components
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and job-site issues
• Inspect completed systems for quality, safety, and compliance
• Maintain tools, equipment, and organized work areas
• Represent the company professionally while working with customers across the U.S.
• Follow all OSHA and safety procedures while working at heights

• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Comfortable working at heights
• Ability to lift, climb, and perform physical work throughout the day
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the Eden Prairie shop

• Construction experience

• Ironworker or steel erection experience
• Maintenance technician experience
• Mechanical assembly experience
• Blueprint reading experience
• OSHA certification (not required)
• Skilled trades experience

This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $72000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
