Electrical Foreman

This opportunity is with a respected electrical contractor that has built a strong track record with nearly 50 years in the industry. They deliver large scale commercial and industrial projects, with particular strength in healthcare and mission critical environments.

With a well established backlog of secured work, the business offers long term stability and a clear pipeline of upcoming projects. They are currently looking to bring on experienced Electrical Foremen to support their projects in Minneapolis.

Lead and manage field crews on commercial and industrial electrical projects

Plan daily site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment

Read and work from drawings, specs, and schedules to keep projects moving

Act as the main point of contact between field teams, project managers, and other trades

Make sure all work meets code, safety standards, and company processes

Track progress on site and handle any issues that come up day to day

Oversee installation of power, lighting, and low voltage systems

Support planning and sequencing of work on site

Keep clear daily reports and track materials

Guide and support electricians and apprentices on your team

7-10 plus years of experience as an Electrical Foreman

Experience running electrical scopes valued at $5 million or more

Background in large scale projects such as healthcare, commercial, industrial, or mission critical work

Strong understanding of field operations and how to keep jobs on schedule

Confident leading crews and coordinating with different teams on site
