• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and light commercial settings
• Complete plumbing work for remodels, renovations, and new construction projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Lay out plumbing systems and determine material requirements
• Use hand and power tools for pipe installation, threading, soldering, and related plumbing tasks
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently
• Coordinate with carpenters, millwork teams, and other trades on active job sites
• Communicate project updates and potential concerns with field and office staff
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Properly maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
• Adapt to a variety of project types and day-to-day responsibilities

• Active Minnesota Journeyman Plumber License
• Experience with residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Strong understanding of plumbing codes and safety regulations
• Experience using plumbing tools, equipment, and PPE safely
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work on ladders, and perform physical job duties

• Service and installation experience
• Renovation and bathroom remodeling experience
• Experience working alongside carpentry, framing, or millwork crews
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a team-first attitude

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Projects are primarily located within residential, multi-family, and light commercial settings. You'll typically work with a crew of 3-4 employees and partner closely with other skilled trades to complete quality projects safely and efficiently. Every day is different, offering a mix of remodels, renovations, service work, and construction projects that keep the work interesting and rewarding.

This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $70720.00 - $93600.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

• Vehicle Allowance: $50 per paycheck plus job related gas expense
