Welder / MIG/MAG/TIG, Fabrication, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
We're looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work on custom heavy-duty trucks and tractors, using your welding and fabrication expertise to build high-quality equipment that performs in the field every day. If you enjoy hands‑on work, take pride in craftsmanship, and want to work in a modern, climate‑controlled shop, we'd love to hear from you.
WhatWe're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of heavy steel welding experience
. - Strong experience with heavy-gauge MIG welding using wire-feed systems.
- Experience operating a plasma torch
. - Experience using an acetylene torch
. - Ability to work independently and produce quality welds with minimal supervision.
- Experience working on custom trucks or heavy equipment
. - Exposure to hydraulic systems
. - Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools.
- Fabrication experience beyond welding is a plus.
- Modern, climate-controlled shop with heated floors for year‑round comfort

You’ll work in a spacious, well‑equipped mechanic and fabrication facility featuring multiple service bays, modern tools, and a clean, organized workspace. Our heated, climate‑controlled building provides a comfortable environment no matter the season, allowing you to focus on producing quality work every day.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
