The Family Partnership is seeking a Family Service Worker for the Parent Support Outreach Program (PSOP). This role involves supporting families in developing healthy parenting skills and reducing child protection involvement. The Family Service Worker will provide one-on-one coaching, maintain case files, and develop partnerships with community organizations.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field, experience in coaching low-income individuals, and a valid driver’s license. This role is full-time and located on-site in Minneapolis.
