Required
Education:
High School Diploma Required, Bachelor's Degree preferred or in current licensure program
Required Experience:
* Experience working in a diverse school community
* Background and training in restorative practices and cultural proficiency
Responsibilities:
* Advocate for students and families - proactive communication
* Work closely with Student Support Team to provide proactive, culturally responsive and restorative support to students and families
* Serve as relationship mentors to students during all times of school day
* Participate in / lead restorative circles
* Other duties as assigned
