  Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• $20–$24 per hour with mileage reimbursement (if applicable)

We are a company in human services that provides safe and supportive housing to individuals who have experienced long‑term homelessness or are living with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI). You will work at a variety of SLS properties in St.Paul and Minneapolis to complete landscaping, snow removal, assist our maintenance team with light indoor duties, and acquire, transport, and deliver maintenance materials and supplies.

You will interact with team members and clients as you work within their offices and living spaces to maintain a well‑kept property. You will participate in weekly team meetings to share ideas and initiatives, and you’ll have one‑on‑one meetings with your manager to receive support, develop your skills, and solve problems.

• High school diploma or GED/equivalent
• Ability to pass a DHS background check
• Driver’s license and reliable vehicle with a clean driving record
