Qualifications & Desired Experience
  • Masters degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
  • Valid School Psychologist licensure in Minnesota (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • Experience delivering psychological assessments and services in a K-12 setting
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans and interventions
  • Experience with crisis response, counseling, and consultation services
Key Responsibilities
  • Complete comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and parents regarding student interventions and supports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate goals
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students as needed, including counseling
  • Assist with crisis prevention and intervention in the school setting
  • Maintain thorough documentation and confidential records
