Mains’l is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals who are passionate about helping people live independently in their own home. You’ll provide support for people residing in their own home, accessing 24‑hour Unit Based services to live independently within their community.
As a Unit‑Based DSP Float, you will support multiple individuals by providing coverage for scheduled shifts, vacations and staffing needs based on your fixed availability.
