The Bridge for Youth in Minnesota seeks a Youth and Family Advocate to support youth ages 10-17 and their families at Resilience House. The role provides direct services, case management, counseling, and trauma-informed care within BFY's equity-focused framework.
Working across BFY programs, you will collaborate with families, participate in on-call rotation, and help maintain a safe, supportive environment while contributing to a pathway out of poverty and homelessness.
