Heading Home Corps is seeking a Housing Resource Navigator to help Minnesotans facing homelessness obtain safe, stable housing. You’ll work with partner organizations, receive training, and assist participants to set housing goals and action plans.
This Ameri Corps role involves regular participant meetings, progress tracking, and community resource connections, with a focus on growth and service delivery. A biweekly stipend is provided.
