Make a difference in students’ lives while working with a supportive educational community near Minneapolis. Two contract roles are available for skilled Social Workers who are passionate about helping students thrive academically, emotionally, and socially. These opportunities run from August 17, 2026, through May 28, 2027, with full-time on-site schedules- no virtual options.
Ideal candidates will enjoy the dynamic nature of an itinerant position and are enthusiastic about fostering positive change across multiple school environments. Your work will help students find solutions to challenges, create a more equitable school experience, and ensure they feel supported every step of the way.
Preferred Qualifications:- Valid Social Worker licensure/certification in the state of Minnesota (required)
- Experience working with children and families in educational settings highly desirable
- Strong understanding of behavioral, social, and emotional interventions for school-aged populations
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Adaptable, compassionate, and eager to work alongside administrators, teachers, and families
- Provide direct social-emotional support and case management to students
- Collaborate with school staff and families to develop strategies and individualized plans for success
- Conduct assessments and facilitate interventions for students facing diverse challenges
- Advocate for student needs and connect families with community resources
- Maintain thorough and confidential records of services delivered
- Contribute to school teams and initiatives that promote a positive learning environment

Compensation for this position ranges from $34.35 to $54.35.
