Residential Coordinator (RC)

Residential Coordinators assist a Senior Residential Supervisor with administrative and direct care duties at two homes. The Residential Coordinator is either a live-in or live-out position. Live-in Residential Coordinators live on site rent-free in a 2-3 bedroom live-in area of the home. Requires 40-50 hours per week of direct care and administrative work.

$20.75-$22.75/hour for weekday & weeknights--dependent on placement location's Rate Exception Differential, if applicable

$23.00-$25.00/hour for weekday awakes (Sun-Thurs)--dependent on placement's Rate Exception Differential, if applicable

$24.00-$25.00/hour for weekend shifts--dependent on placement's Rate Exception Differential, if applicable

$25.25-$27.25/hour for weekend awakes (Fri-Sat)--dependent on placement's Rate Exception Differential, if applicable

$20.75/hour for admin

$18.75/hour for New Hire Training & hours worked before training complete

Part-time RC (1 home)

$18.50-$20.50/hour for weekday & weeknights--dependent on placement's Rate Exception Differential, if applicable

Essential Functions Include:

• Interact with residents
• Support resident health and well-being
• Assist RS in facilitation of interests and choices of residents and supervision of staff
• Manage household operations
• Carry out safety, meal preparation and cleaning procedures
• Seek and follow the advice and directions of supervisors

Requirements Include:

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must have a valid U.S. driver's license, reliable transportation and a good driving record
• You must be able to do some lifting
• You must be able to work independently and you must have interpersonal skills including empathy, responsibility, self-control, good judgment, and overall adjustment
• You must be able to see, hear, speak, interact, and write in English sufficiently to perform the essential functions of the position
• Part-time employees must work at least 10 shifts per month
• Full-time employees must work at least 38 hours per week
