The Bridge for Youth is seeking an Outreach Case Manager to provide direct services to youth in programs and the community, with a focus on engaging youth experiencing homelessness. The role centers youth voices and connects them to housing supports and services.
This full-time, on-site position requires evenings, some weekend and holiday hours, and a DOT background check. Salary ranges $22–$25/hour and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
