The Minnesota Council of Nonprofits is seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to join our Family and Youth Housing team in Edina, MN. You will provide in-home case management to young adults (18-24) to promote stable housing, financial resources, and overall stability within the household.
You will meet with each household weekly, coordinate services with partners, assist with housing placement, and help participants access benefits and community resources while upholding Harm Reduction/Housing
