Part Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Residential Setting

Blue Sky, Inc. is seeking apart-time Direct Support Profession alto work with adults with disabilities or mental health diagnoses in a residential setting in Mahnomen, MN. In this position, you will:
- Support the clients to succeed in everyday activities.
- Support positive strategies to improve behaviors and outcomes.
- Ensure the health and safety of the individuals served.
- Work in a great residential home setting, with ongoing training provided.
Qualifications:
- Work every other weekend
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass background screening.
- Starting pay range is $18 - $20per hour, awake hours DOE
- $11.41 per hour for sleep hours
- Schedule:
Part Time - Approximately 20 - 30 hours per week - Every other weekend required
Pay Range $18 - $20
