Full Stack Software Engineer (W2 contract role). No HBs. Seeking engineers passionate about automation on AWS, on‑prem, and emerging data technologies. The role supports the RPA team in automating business processes and builds foundational SPA/BFF architecture on AWS. As a full‑stack engineer you will be at the forefront of a major transformation.

What You'll Do

Collaborate across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions using full‑stack tools and technologies.
Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, and participate in internal & external technology communities, mentoring other engineering members.
Collaborate with product managers, cross‑functional teams, and deliver robust cloud‑based solutions.

Daily Responsibilities

Engineer automated solutions, automated testing, monitoring, and observability.

Collaborate with product managers, cross‑functional teams, and deliver robust cloud‑based solutions.

Utilize programming languages like React, HTML/CSS, Node.js, SQL, Python, open‑source databases, container orchestration services (Docker, Kubernetes), various AWS tools and services, RPA languages (Automation Anywhere), Windows Power Shell.

Develop solutions for improving quality, delivery, efficiency, and customer and employee experience for business partners using automation technologies.

Strong understanding of the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines and tools.

Resolve production issues and engage IT and vendors as necessary.

May prioritize and oversee activities of others to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Work closely with Program owner and business units regarding enhancements and changes.

Contribute to automation portfolio and weekly discussions for updates, requests for support, and implementing best practices.

Learn and implement new automation technologies by analyzing technical specifications, building and configuring supporting infrastructure, and implementing security best practices.

Provide workday and after‑hours production support, including troubleshooting, problem correction, testing, and promotion to the production environment.

Root cause analysis of application issues and facilitate resolution by coordinating with vendor, internal IT, and users as appropriate.

Experience with version control systems like Git and the ability to manage code repositories, branching strategies, and code review processes effectively.

Knowledge of AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service.

Qualifications

6‑8 years of experience as a Full‑Stack Software Engineer.
Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure or other cloud services.
Proficiency in React, HTML/CSS, Node.js, SQL, Python, open‑source databases, Docker, Kubernetes, RPA languages (Automation Anywhere) and Windows Power Shell.
Strong understanding of SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with version control (Git) and code review processes.
