The organization offers solutions and services that help with the betterment of society. We are looking for a Software Developer with production-level software experience in a C#.NET environment, who can assist with QA work, software documentation, and collaborating to resolve problems with the team. The role involves wearing many hats and provides exposure to current technologies (e.g., MVC, Blazor, C#.NET, SQL, Entity Framework).

Soft skills are important in this close-knit team, and the candidate should be comfortable problem-solving with minimal direction. Must be local to Minnesota and cannot require sponsorship.

• Write production-level software in a C#.NET environment
• Assist with QA activities
• Contribute to software documentation
• Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and implement solutions
• Engage with current technologies (MVC, Blazor, C#.NET, SQL, Entity Framework)

• 4-year degree
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Software Developer (C#.NET)
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience with modern JavaScript (Angular, React, or Blazor)
• Local to Minnesota; no sponsorship
