We are seeking a KOFAX Technical Lead responsible for designing, developing and overseeing automation solutions using the Kofax suite such as Kofax Total Agility (KTA) and Kofax Capture. This role provides technical leadership across the full automation lifecycle, ensuring scalable architecture, high quality delivery and alignment with business requirements.

• Design, develop, and oversee automation solutions using Kofax Total Agility and Kofax Capture.
• Provide technical leadership across the full automation lifecycle.
• Ensure scalable architecture and high quality delivery aligned with business requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
• 6+ years of hands‑on experience with Kofax Total Agility.
• 6+ years of hands‑on experience with Kofax Capture.
• 8+ years of .NET development experience.
• 3 years experience with AWS hosted applications.
• Hands‑on experience with integration and building RESTful APIs.
• 1 year of hands‑on experience with prompt engineering within AI models.
• Experience working with JIRA and Confluence.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills.
• 3 years experience leading a team of junior developers.
• 3 years experience with distributed application design.
