Job Title: Kafka Streaming Engineer
Location: Remote (Onsite/Hybrid)

We are looking for individuals who can thrive in a fast‑paced, real‑time streaming environment and have a strong passion for building data platforms using the latest technologies.

• Apache Kafka, Kafka Streams, Kafka Connect, Schema Registry
• Event‑Driven Architecture, Real‑time Data Streaming
• Java / Scala / Python, Spark Streaming / Flink, RESTful APIs
• JSON/Avro/Protobuf, Linux, Cloud Platforms (AWS MSK / Azure Event Hubs)
• CI/CD pipelines, Monitoring & Alerting, Git, Agile methodologies

• Optional: OPT/CPT/H4 EAD/TN/E3 or any other non‑immigrant visa holders seeking H1B sponsorship for the 2027 quota.
• At least 3 to 5 years of real‑time experience.
• Confidence and technical strength; coding test required as part of the application process.
• Direct client only; W2 employment; no C2C, 1099, or third‑party brokerage.
• Open to H‑1B transfer; open to hiring those already on H‑1B.
