Job Description

• 10+ years in embedded software development, preferably in base software like drivers for microcontroller peripherals
• Expert in AUTOSAR MCAL development – 5 to 7 years of experience in MCAL driver development and configuration (components such as Client, DIO, PORT, SPI, GPT, I2C, Interrupts)
• Expertise in general AUTOSAR modules such as Operating System, BSWM, ECUM, Watchdog; must be flexible (often need one or the other)
• Experience with prototype hardware and porting different kinds of software/Operating systems onto it

• Read and understand hardware schematics at different levels
• Use hardware debuggers (JTAG/NEXUS interface) and work with oscilloscope and multimeter to debug hardware issues
• Work with build environment – compiler, assembler, linker (memory architecture) and options
• Experience with multicore or heterogeneous multi-processing (good if available)
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as CAN, J1939, Ethernet (good but not mandatory)
