Agentic AI Developer

Akkodis is seeking an Agentic AI Developer for a Contract with a client in Minneapolis, MN. Candidate must have strong expertise in designing and building agentic AI solutions using LLMs, advanced reasoning frameworks, and AWS Bedrock capabilities.

Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Agentic AI Developer job responsibilities include:

* Develop serverless agentic architectures and AI features on AWS using Bedrock Agent Core components to enable scalable multi‑agent systems.

* Implement A2A/MCP servers and integrate workflows with Bedrock Agents and Converse APIs for end‑to‑end automation.

* Orchestrate multi‑agent plans with Strands Agents and deploy workloads to EKS or Lambda for production execution.

* Instrument agents with metrics, spans, and traces using Cloud Watch to ensure observability and audit readiness.

* Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and UX teams to deliver robust, production‑ready agentic AI solutions.

* Align AI development efforts with organizational roadmaps by driving initiatives that produce measurable impact.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related technical field.

* 5-7 Years of experience required.

* Required strong experience with LLMs, including fine‑tuning, evaluation, and prompt engineering.

* Required hands‑on proficiency with agent frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, Lang Graph, Lang Chain Agents, or CrewAI.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
