Primary position expectations include the ability to:
- Design and build features for a cloud-based simulation and modeling environment
- Develop API-driven services and modern web interfaces
- Collaborate closely with engineers, scientists, and fellow developers
- Help shape the architecture and technical direction of a new product
- Learn, experiment, and contribute ideas in a supportive, agile team
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or engineering.
- Experience with backend development (Python and/or Node.js)
- Experience with frontend development (React, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with API-driven systems and cloud-based architectures
- Exposure to AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB
- Experience with agile/scrum methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- USA work authorization
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with bash scripting
- Experience with 3D visualization libraries (Three.js, Babylon.js)
- Experience with WebGPU
- Background in engineering, scientific computing, or visualization
Additional Requirements
Successful completion of:

- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without present or future sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, L-1, TN). Candidates on or for CPT/OPT are ineligible.
Salary $70,000–$90,000 annually , depending on experience, qualifications, and skill set.
This is a full-time position. The position is based in Minneapolis and will require much of the work to be completed on-site but with unparalleled flexibility.
