Salesforce Architect

• Architecture & Solution Design
  Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
• Design data models, integration patterns, security architecture, and automation frameworks following best practices and platform limitations.
• Create architectural artifacts including ERDs, sequence diagrams, integration maps, and component documentation.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce Well-Architected Framework principles.
• Development & Technical Leadership
  Lead the development of custom features using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, platform APIs, and integrations.
• Build reusable Lightning components and UI frameworks that support modular, consistent user experiences.
• Perform code reviews, enforce development standards, and guide junior developers.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and release management processes.
• Integrations & Automation
  Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Mule Soft, middleware platforms, or custom services.
• Build declarative and programmatic automation (Flows, Apex triggers, batch jobs, scheduled automation).
• Ensure robust error handling, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Governance & Best Practices
  Maintain system health, data quality, and scalable configurations.
• Define and enforce development governance, coding conventions, and architectural guidelines.
• Support environment strategy, including sandbox management and release orchestration.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and scalable architecture.
• Provide technical leadership during discovery, design sessions, and roadmap planning.
• Serve as SME for Salesforce capabilities, constraints, and optimization opportunities.
• Required Qualifications
• 5–10+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex
  , Lightning Web Components
  , SOQL
  , and Salesforce APIs.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security model, automation, and governor limits.
• Agent Force
• Experience Cloud
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (Mule Soft, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Git, Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, etc.).
• Ability to lead architecture discussions and mentor technical teams.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

The projected hourly range for this position is $85 to $95.
