Long Term Contract + Potential for Conversion
This project originates from the firm’s Fixed Income Sales organization on the debt side of the business. Today, the team relies on a highly manual, Excel‑based workflow to capture, update, and analyze deal and market data—an approach that consumes significant time, introduces data‑quality risk, and limits the team’s ability to leverage intelligent automation or AI‑driven insights.
The goal is to replace these manual steps with a modern, scalable full‑stack application featuring a clean, intuitive React (Type Script) UX, automated data ingestion, and seamless integration with Databricks and internal data platforms. The solution will also embed LLM‑powered capabilities to streamline data entry, surface insights, and support multi‑agent workflows—dramatically enhancing productivity and enabling smarter, faster decision‑making across the sales process.
As the Tech Lead
, this individual will guide architectural decisions, set engineering standards, delegate work effectively, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality features through a coordinated team execution model.
- Serve as the technical lead for the end‑to‑end platform, providing architecture direction, breaking down work, delegating tasks, and ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and reinforce best practices across front‑end, back‑end, and cloud engineering disciplines.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and align the team around goals, priorities, and delivery milestones.
- Develop production‑grade React (Type Script) front‑end applications that power AI‑enabled workflows, financial insights, and data automation for the Fixed Income Sales team.

- Implement secure, well‑versioned REST APIs with OpenAPI/Swagger documentation and scalable service patterns.
- Integrate front‑ and back‑end components with API gateways, authentication patterns (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, MSAL, Entra ), and other platform services.
- Build real‑time user experiences using Web Sockets or Signal
R for streaming, live financial data, and collaborative features. - Incorporate LLM‑based application capabilities, including streaming responses, structured outputs, document ingestion pipelines, and multi‑agent workflows.
- Deploy and operate services across containerized or cloud‑native environments using CI/CD automation.
- Implement observability (logging, tracing, alerting) across services.
- Partner with platform and security teams to ensure proper IAM, secrets management, and secure deployment configurations using least‑privilege principles.
- 8+ years of full‑stack engineering experience, with proven success as a Tech Lead guiding teams, owning architecture decisions, and driving delivery across complex systems.
