Company BackgroundOur client is a leading U.S.
-based fitness franchisor operating 2,400+ clubs worldwide. Its digital ecosystem supports both franchise operations and member experiences, including onboarding, membership management, payments, and engagement features.
The role focuses on backend development for a high-load platform serving mobile applications through a BFF and microservices architecture. The system integrates with multiple third-party services and supports features such as digital keytag, workout tracking, guided sessions, and class scheduling. The project requires continuous feature development, integration, and performance optimization.

- Develop and enhance backend services;
- Participate in architecture and design discussions;
- Work with AWS and integrations;
- Collaborate with distributed teams;
- 5+ years of experience in Java backend development;
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot;
- Solid understanding of microservices and distributed systems;
- Experience with AWS or cloud platforms;
- Strong analytical and communication skills;
- English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher;
