Technical Lead

Job Summary: Looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 10+ years of experience in building scalable, enterprise-level web applications, preferably in the healthcare domain. The candidate should have strong expertise in backend and frontend technologies, cloud-native development, and microservices architecture. Mandatory skills:
Fullstack MERN;

Experience:

5-8 Years.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular/React
• Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices-based systems
• Lead application modernization and cloud migration initiatives (Azure/AWS)
• Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and database queries
• Implement secure authentication mechanisms (SSO, OAuth2, OIDC)
• Work with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code quality and best practices

• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
• Proficiency in React
  
  JS / Angular
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and Dev Ops tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins)
• Knowledge of databases (Oracle, MySQL, No
  
  SQL, S3/Cosmos DB)
• Experience with Kafka / event-driven architectures
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Terraform, Git Hub
• Understanding of security frameworks (OAuth2, SSO, OIDC)

• Healthcare domain experience
• Exposure to AI tools, Git Hub Copilot, or automation frameworks
• Experience in ETL pipelines, batch processing, or big data systems

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
