Join our team as a Sr. QA Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web and mobile experiences. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working both remotely and at our corporate office.
Responsibilities- Lead quality initiatives and set standards across the team to ensure top-notch product delivery.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop quality strategies and assess potential risks.
- Design and maintain automated testing frameworks for both web and mobile applications.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage through various testing methods, including end-to-end and regression testing.
- Review project requirements and designs to identify potential quality issues early in the process.
- Oversee testing strategies for major launches, ensuring readiness and reliability.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enhance feedback and release processes.
- Mentor fellow QA engineers, fostering skill development in testing and automation.
- Continuously improve testing tools and processes to adapt to evolving platform complexities.
- Over 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Software Test Engineering for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in testing large-scale applications using technologies like React, React Native, and Next.js.
- Strong experience with end-to-end and UI test automation frameworks such as Cypress and Playwright.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript/Type Script and asynchronous programming patterns.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proven track record of identifying complex defects and quality risks.
- Strong collaboration skills, thriving in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with mobile test automation for Android and iOS applications.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Git Hub Actions.
- Ability to test and validate performance and accessibility at scale.
- Experience advocating for quality in fast-paced, agile environments.
