Sr.Java Developer

Role: Sr. Java Developer (W2 Only)

Location: Minneapolis, MN (primary), Irving, TX (secondary)

Work Environment: Hybrid - remote and on-site, no travel required

• Java Spring Boot, Micro Services
• Junit Mockito
• Selenium

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Spring Boot and Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of electronic payment systems.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Implement best practices for software development, including coding standards and testing methodologies.
• Work closely with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on technical challenges.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure solutions remain competitive.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in the banking domain.
• Provide technical support and expertise during production incidents and outages.
