Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Key Responsibilities
" Design and develop AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, from POC to production
" Build LLM based applications using techniques such as RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and tool calling
" Implement AI workflows, agents, and pipelines using modern AI frameworks
" Develop APIs, microservices, or batch pipelines to integrate AI into business systems
" Work closely with product owners and business teams to refine AI use cases
" Apply MLOps / LLMOps practices for model versioning, evaluation, and monitoring
" Optimize AI solutions for performance, cost, reliability, and scalability
" Contribute reusable components, accelerators, and internal AI libraries

Required Skills & Experience
" 4 7 years of experience in Python based software development
" Hands on experience with:
o Machine Learning models and workflows
o Generative AI and Large Language Models
o Prompt engineering, vector databases, and semantic search
"

Experience with AI frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Lang Chain, Llama Index, or similar
" Experience deploying solutions on cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
" Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and data pipelines
