Backend Developer

We are seeking a talented Senior Backend Developer Level 3 to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects within a collaborative environment.

• Design and develop robust backend solutions using Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot/Web Flux.
• Implement microservices and REST APIs to enhance system functionality.
• Optimize database performance using SQL and Postgre
  
  SQL/MySQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate external advertising platforms.
• Ensure high availability and scalability of applications through effective architecture.
• Conduct production support and monitoring to maintain system reliability.
• Lead end-to-end features/services ownership, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

• 7-10 years of backend development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot/Web Flux.
• Proficient in microservices architecture and REST API development.
• Solid understanding of Kafka and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with distributed systems and concurrency handling.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes, CI/CD practices, and cloud-native applications.
• Experience in AdTech and working with big data technologies like Big Query/GCP.
• Knowledge of reactive programming and AI‑assisted development tools.
