Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior React Developer to join a collaborative Agile team supporting enterprise application development initiatives within the insurance technology space. This role is heavily focused on front-end engineering using React while partnering closely with a .NET backend environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep React expertise and help mentor developers who are actively building their front-end capabilities.

This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys coaching teams, establishing front-end best practices, and contributing to modern application development within a collaborative engineering environment.

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React and Type Script
• Build scalable, reusable front-end components and application architecture
• Collaborate with backend developers working within a .NET Core environment
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs across front-end and backend systems
• Mentor and support developers who are growing their React expertise
• Help establish front-end engineering standards, best practices, and development patterns
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile ceremonies
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Support unit testing efforts across front-end and backend integrations
• Work effectively within projects that may contain evolving requirements and ambiguity

• 5–7+ years of professional software development experience
• Experience with React Redux
• Experience building enterprise-scale web applications
• Strong understanding of front-end architecture and component design
• Experience working with .NET Core backend environments
• Strong API development and integration experience
• Experience consuming and integrating RESTful services
• SQL experience

• Strong mentoring and knowledge-sharing capabilities
• Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working within evolving or ambiguous project environments

• AWS cloud experience preferred
• AG Grid
• Dev Ops and release automation experience
