Senior C#.Net Software Engineer; React

Overview

We are seeking a Senior React/C#.Net Software Engineer to join a collaborative Agile team focused on building modern, scalable applications that drive real business impact. This role blends hands-on development with team collaboration, offering the opportunity to influence technical direction, mentor others, and contribute to high-quality software delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Location:

Hybrid; 4 days in the office, 1 remote each week (Maple Grove, MN)

Pay Range:

• Up to $145K salary + bonus

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using modern backend and frontend technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges and deliver business-driven solutions
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and prioritization alongside engineering leadership
• Ensure high-quality code delivery through best practices, testing, and continuous improvement
• Perform code reviews and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers
• Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities across projects and proactively communicate to stakeholders
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including architecture, development, testing, and deployment
• Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Support the adoption of new tools, frameworks, and engineering practices to improve team effectiveness

Required

Skills & Experience:

• Must have senior-level expertise with React to be considered
• 6+ years of professional experience in software engineering or application development
• Strong experience building web applications using modern frameworks
• Backend development experience with C#/.Net
• Solid understanding of JavaScript/Type Script and modern web development principles
• Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work through complex technical challenges
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Continuous learning mindset with a desire to stay current on emerging technologies and best practices
