We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java/J2EE and Node.js. The candidate should be hands‑on and capable of leading a team, driving development, and delivering end‑to‑end solutions.

• Lead and manage a team of full stack developers
• Design and develop applications using Java, J2EE, and Node.js
• Build and maintain REST APIs and microservices
• Work on frontend development using React.js
• Guide the team on best coding practices and architecture decisions
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver solutions
• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality
• Handle production issues and provide quick resolutions
• Drive end-to-end delivery of projects

• 10+ years of experience in software development
• Strong hands‑on experience in Java / J2EE, Node.js, React.js (frontend development)
• Experience in full stack development
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience working in Agile environment
• Good understanding of application design and architecture

• Experience with Dev Ops tools like Jenkins and Shield
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with AWS cloud and migration projects
• Familiarity with microservices architecture

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 and $145,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
