Dunn Solutions Group is seeking Java Developers with 1‑5 years of experience. The ideal candidate works independently, communicates effectively, and embodies a true consultant role.

• Define site objectives by analyzing user requirements and envisioning system features and functionality.
• Design and develop user interfaces for internet/intranet applications, setting priorities and determining design methodologies throughout the development life cycle.
• Write programming using Java and related languages, complete coding and conduct tests.
• Recommend system solutions, evaluate custom development versus purchase alternatives.
• Integrate applications by designing database architecture and server scripting, establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers.
• Create multimedia applications using authoring tools.
• Coordinate development activities, contribute to team meetings, troubleshoot problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
• Support users by developing documentation and assistance tools.
• Maintain up-to-date job knowledge by researching new technologies, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and engaging in professional organizations.
• Add value to the organization by owning new requests and exploring opportunities to contribute.

• 1‑5 years of experience writing Java code.
• Proficiency with Java, Java Applets, and web programming skills.
• Strong teamwork, verbal communication, and web user interface design skills.
• Experience with software requirements, software development process, object‑oriented design (OOD), multimedia content development, and software debugging.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
