About the Role
Sr. Full Stack Engineer – responsible for leading the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable software and data solutions across the company’s Mar Tech platform.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the existing software product, onboarding new clients and ensuring continued service for existing clients.
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of robust software solutions that integrate ELT and ETL pipelines with client-facing websites.
- Lead, design, advise, and implement data engineering solutions that enable robust data vending and utilization throughout the organization.
- Identify opportunities for automation to enhance the operational stability of software applications and systems.
- Engage directly with Product Managers and stakeholders to understand business goals, gather requirements, and translate them into detailed, actionable technical plans.
- Research, write, and edit documentation and technical requirements, including software designs, evaluation plans, test results, technical manuals, and formal recommendations.
- Evaluate trade‑offs between correctness, robustness, performance, and customer impact to build optimal solutions at scale.
- Mentor teammates and elevate their skills through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Drive and ensure adherence to and advancement of software and product engineering best practices—code quality, documentation, testing, security, deployment, and performance.
- Diagnose and resolve complex software issues with effective solutions.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and project direction.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and keep the team current with emerging technology and engineering trends.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC and Dev Ops best practices, maintaining high standards of quality and security across all development phases.
- 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
- Highly proficient in one or more object‑oriented languages (Python, Java, C#).
- Strong knowledge of data structures and design patterns.
- Experience with testing best practices (unit, integration, smoke).
- Experience building and deploying containerized application code.
- Experience with React, Angular, or Vue frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Experience with Dev Ops & CI/CD.
- Experience working with relational databases.
- Preferred:
Experience with microservices. - Preferred:
Experience with security best practices and tools. - Preferred:
Experience with authentication strategies. - Preferred:
Experience working with big data. - Preferred:
Experience with iterative development. - Preferred:
Experience in the digital marketing and measurement space. - Preferred:
Experience or strong interest in agentic AI technologies and their practical applications.
Base Salary: $90,000 – $132,000 (inclusive of a 20% bonus). Final offers consider relevant experience and expected impact.
