We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 10+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Spring Boot, GraphQL, and Java, with a strong background in banking. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site, with no travel required. The candidate will contribute to the development and enhancement of our payment solutions, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Spring Boot, and Java.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of our electronic payment systems.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Implement best practices for software development, including coding standards and testing methodologies.
• Work closely with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on technical challenges.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in the banking domain.
• Provide technical support and expertise during production incidents and outages.
