Job Description

QA /SDET (Automation) with 15+ years of QA experience, including 5+ years in automation testing using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Test Genie, and 3+ years of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Prior experience in healthcare utilization management or care management / Optum clinical management is preferred.

• Maintain a minimum of 90% weekly usage of AI tools such as Git Hub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other GenAI platforms approved by the enterprise.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance coding, documentation, data analysis, and decision‑making workflows.
• Stay current with evolving AI capabilities and apply them to improve delivery quality and velocity.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000. Final compensation will depend on geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
