Engineering Manager to lead sprint execution, drive software delivery quality, and manage a team of software engineers across healthcare technology initiatives. This is a hands‑on leadership role combining technical depth with people management and delivery accountability.
Primary Responsibilities- Lead sprint execution with the scrum team; participate in daily scrum calls
- Ensure the team meets sprint goals (committed deliverables) and quality standards (defect reduction)
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering
- Experience managing a team of software engineers
- Strong technical background in Java, Spring Boot, React JS, or comparable modern tech stacks
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
- Hands‑on experience establishing CI/CD pipelines and engineering best practices
