An AI Engineer is responsible for owning the design, development, and production deployment of sophisticated generative AI and broader AI solutions that drive enterprise-wide transformation.
This role involves partnering with product, data science, and engineering leaders to translate complex business challenges into robust AI architectures and deliver high-impact, scalable applications.
Role & Responsibilities Generative AI Solutioning- Lead the identification and analysis of complex GenAI opportunities in collaboration with product and business teams.
- Transition prototypes into production applications using CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring.
- Design and implement scalable ETL pipelines to support model training and inference.
- Deploy AI services in cloud-native environments and ensure robust observability.
- Architect multi-step agents that integrate across APIs and enterprise systems.
- Enhance existing frameworks with custom modules and optimization strategies.
- Lead cross-functional integration projects with product, engineering, and operations teams.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s degree preferred in Computer Science, AI, or a related field. - 2-5 years of practical experience in AI/ML engineering, particularly in operationalizing AI models in production environments.
- Proficient in Python programming; strong experience with LLM and Agent frameworks.
- Knowledgeable in containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS or Azure).
- Experience building REST/GraphQL APIs and designing data pipelines.
- Effective communication skills to convey technical information to various stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and lead cross-functional collaborations.
- Exposure to MLOps practices (CI/CD, model monitoring) and discussions on data privacy and ethics. Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Strong analytical skills to approach and solve complex challenges effectively.
- Open to adopting new technologies and enhancing workflows in a dynamic environment.

Salary and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is Minimum Pay: $69,555 – Maximum Pay: $134,881 depending on experience and other factors.
