Triunity Software is looking for a talented Service Now Developer to join our growing team in Minneapolis, MN. • Design, develop, and implement Service Now applications, modules, and platform enhancements
• Configure and customize Service Now workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop and maintain Service Now integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub
• Perform platform upgrades, patching, and ongoing maintenance to ensure system stability
• Create and manage Service Now reports, dashboards, and performance analytics
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Service Now environment

• 4+ years of hands‑on Service Now development experience
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide scripting within Service Now
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other Service Now modules
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with technical and non‑technical teams
• Detail‑oriented problem‑solver with a passion for continuous improvement
