Lead Engineer/Architect
Seeking an experienced Lead Engineer/Architect with strong expertise in Java-based technologies, event-driven architecture (Kafka), and cloud platforms (GCP). The role requires hands-on leadership in designing and building scalable applications using Spring and Spring Boot.
Roles And Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Groovy, Spring, and Spring Boot
- Architect and implement event-driven solutions using Kafka
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and guide engineering teams on best practices and design patterns
- Design, build, and deploy applications on GCP
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and system reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and drive project delivery
- Review architecture and code to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
