Service Now Developer
Location: NC,/TX,/AZ,/CA,/MN
Experience Required10+ years of overall software development experience, including 5+ years of Service Now development.
Mandatory Requirements- 10+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of Service Now development experience.
- 3+ years of ITSM implementation/development experience.
- Financial Services industry experience.
- Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- 10+ years of experience in software/application development.
- 5+ years of hands-on Service Now development experience.
- 3+ years of experience working with Service Now ITSM applications.
- Strong experience developing and customizing Service Now modules.
- Experience in the Financial Services domain.
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required.
- Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Required.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Service Catalog.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and system integrations.
- Experience with Update Sets, CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Knowledge Management modules.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
