Description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to help architect and build an enterprise-scale Agentic SOC platform from the ground up. This role combines modern software engineering, AI orchestration, security integrations, and user experience design to create a trusted platform that enables security analysts to collaborate effectively with AI-powered agents.

Working directly with the Technical Director, you'll transform architecture and design concepts into production-grade solutions. You will own critical components spanning backend services, agent orchestration frameworks, security tool integrations, evaluation systems, and analyst-facing applications.

This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in fast-moving environments, embraces AI-assisted development, and maintains strong technical judgment around system architecture, engineering quality, scalability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Agentic Platform Engineering

Design and develop the core orchestration platform supporting multi-agent security workflows.

Build services that manage investigation pipelines spanning triage, investigation, validation, and response stages.

Implement workflow execution controls, state management, token budgets, tool usage governance, and performance controls.

Develop scalable and resilient backend systems for autonomous case processing.

Security Tool Integration

Develop an MCP-based tool gateway integrating enterprise security technologies including Splunk, DLP, EDR, identity, and data platforms.

Build secure APIs and services supporting query validation, access controls, rate limiting, logging, auditing, and data protection requirements.

Ensure integrations meet enterprise security, regulatory, and compliance standards.

AI Data Contracts & Workflow Automation

Create structured schemas for AI-generated verdicts, recommendations, evidence, and investigative outputs.

Enable seamless integration with XSOAR workflows and existing security operations processes.

Ensure outputs remain auditable, traceable, measurable, and suitable for governance review.

AI Evaluation & Quality Engineering

Build replay and evaluation frameworks that test agent performance against historical security investigations.

Measure quality through precision, agreement scoring, drift analysis, and operational performance metrics.

Establish repeatable testing methodologies for AI-enabled security capabilities.

Front-End Engineering & User Experience

Build analyst-facing applications that present agent-generated investigations and recommendations.

Design intuitive experiences enabling analysts to review, validate, challenge, approve, or override AI decisions.

Develop real-time dashboards and operational interfaces optimized for security workflows.
