Data Engineer

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering, machine learning, or Al development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building Al/ML or Generative Al solutions.
• Strong programming experience using Python, C#, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Tensor Flow, Scikit-learn, or equivalent.
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with cloud platforms and Al services such as Azure Al, Azure Open Al, AWS Bedrock, Vertex Al, or similar technologies.
• Experience working with SQL and large-scale data processing.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, model evaluation, monitoring, and Al solution deployment.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.

• Experience developing RAG-based solutions and Al agents.
• Experience with vector databases and semantic search technologies.
• Experience with healthcare, claims, clinical, provider, or member-facing applications.
• Experience with MLOps and Al operations practices.
• Familiarity with Kafka, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.
• Al-focused training. Al Builder personas are expected to develop capabilities around deploying Al solutions and automations.
