As a key member of our team, you’ll be the face of the CSC Sports brand — on the field, at events, and everywhere in between. You’ll help shape the future of our leagues, bring positive vibes to every game, and make sure players walk away saying, “That was the best part of my day.”
On The Field- Coordinate and support nightly sports to facilitate growth in the program
- Develop and coach referees and coordinators
- Maintain positive relationships with players
- Check and prepare sports locations
- Organize and distribute sports equipment
- Provide feedback in order to improve player experience
- Previous Sports Playing, Officiating, or Coaching Experience
- College Degree preferred, but not required with relevant experience
- Managerial mindset, taking ownership of growing the leagues
- High Energy, ensuring our leagues are the best part of our customer's day
- You have a clean workspace and thrive on organization
- Extensive Familiarity with Minneapolis-St. Paul and its surrounding areas
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and regularly lift 40+ lbs
- Reliable Transportation and Clean Driving Record
- Reliable Smartphone and Computer
- Primarily Sunday thru Thursday
- Daytime hours are flexible and vary. Most start around 1 or 2pm each day.
- Generally at or supporting our programs until their conclusion each night (10 - 11pm)
- Working schedules can fluctuate week to week based on season and league needs
- Salary of $45 - 55k, DOE
- Health, Dental, Vision, Life eligibility after 60 days
