Golf Services Associate

The Club: Located minutes from downtown Minneapolis, MN, the Minikahda Club is much more than a collection of amenities. Founded in 1898, it is the oldest country club west of the Mississippi and a premier club in the region. The Club experience focuses on providing superior social and recreational experiences based on the values of family, fellowship, integrity, respect, and inclusiveness.

Greet and assist members and guests of the Club, delivering exceptional service and making a positive impact on the golf operation.

• Load and unload members’ and guests’ golf bags in and out of vehicles or the bag room
• Responsible for cleaning clubs and putting golf bags in proper storage slots.
• Maintain and keep the bag room organized and clean.
• Transport golf carts to their staging area.
• Stage golf carts for events and ensure their cleanliness.
• Clean, store and charge all carts at the end of your shift
• Properly set up all practice facilities daily, make sure they are fully stocked and well-kept throughout the day.
• Stock coolers with water and ice on the golf course.
• Remove bottles and cans from garbage receptacles.

• A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain a positive and cheerful attitude, even when busy or stressed.
• Ability to operate golf carts.
• Physical ability to lift and carry golf bags and range ball cases (30-40 pounds).

• High School Diploma
• Knowledge of golf or experience working at golf clubs is preferred but not required.

• Daily Meal
• Minneapolis Sick and Safe Leave

• Valid Driver’s License.

$18-$20 per hour depending on experience.
