R-Shepard Road Parking is seeking a Full-Time Dispatcher/Bus Driver.
This is a Full-Time position.
Our Dispatcher/Bus Driver’s earn $17.00 hourly

* Job Duties:

*** Ensure a positive customer experience
* Respond promptly to customer service issues as they arise, via email and in person.
* Experience with Net Park or any other parking software including but not limited to: daily ticket maintenance and reservation management. (preferred)
* Complete daily business reconciliation to ensure accuracy of bank deposits.
* Complete other job duties as assigned.
* Handling cash as well as balancing the cash drawer at end of day.
* Load/unloading luggage
* Timely drop off and pick up times
* Handling customer payments
* Making sure paperwork is correctly completed and collected
* Providing excellent customer service
*
* Job Requirements:

*** High School diploma or equivalent
* 1+ years of Customer Service experience preferred
* Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
* Must possess a valid driver's license
* Previous driving experience preferred
* Good driving record
* Repetitive lifting is involved
* Good math skills
* Detail orientated
* Self-motivated, work independently and self-managed to meet deadlines
